The best way to use the cooker is in the way you prepare the potato.We always start with putting virgin olive oil in soup/ceral bowl. Add whatever spices you like. Then roll potato in mixture. Potato comes out very crisp. Somewhat like Red Lobster's. I suggest you start with sea salt, pepper, crushed oregano, garlic salt, onion salt, chives, etc. We use whatever we have. We're never disappointed!
